We celebrate Women’s History Month with this novel widely seen as a landmark work of early feminism. Kate Chopin shocked her turn-of-the-century readers with her frank portrayal of female marital discontent set in the American South. The discussion will be lead by Depaul University’s Dr. Jennifer Conary.
