Student and Youth Programs

The Driehaus Museum’s student and youth programs are devised to create ways for young people to engage with the stories of the Gilded Age through exploring the art, architecture, and design of the late 19thcentury to the present. Through collaborations with schools and community partners, we create programs that allow kids and teens to make connections between the past and present revealing new perspectives on history and themselves.

During the school year (Sept 15-May 15) on Wednesdays, the Museum offers FREE tours by appointment for high school classes up to 30 students. Arrangements must be made through a teacher or administrator and capacity is limited. To make arrangements, you may call 312-482-8933 x424 or email groups@driehausmuseum.org.

If you are interested in organizing a field trip at the Driehaus Museum or in collaborating on a student or youth program, please email groups@driehausmuseum.org.
