Valentine Cards Printmaking Workshop Session 2 (SOLD OUT)

Hand carve a printing block and print your own Valentine’s Day cards! In this workshop, One Strange Bird owner Emily Gloekler will guide each participant through tracing their design onto a printing block, carving, and then printing their own set of 5 cards with envelopes. All materials are provided, and participants will take home their carved block and printed cards.

PLEASE NOTE: Pre-made design templates will be available for attendees on the day of the workshop. If you are interested in cutting your own design, please email it to us at programs@driehausmuseum.org at least one week in advance.

About the Instructor

Emily Gloekler is the owner and creative force behind One Strange Bird, a Chicago-based event space and art studio known for its thoughtfully curated selection of apparel, accessories, and gifts by both local and national designers. Her work blends entrepreneurship with community engagement, informed in part by her many years spent in Africa partnering with philanthropic organizations.
