Mornings at the Museum: Yoga Class & Tour

Celebrate spring with a morning of movement, relaxation, and inspiration. This program begins with a one-hour guided yoga class in the Murphy Auditorium led by certified instructor Amy Baker. Her approach focuses on mindful, intentional movement that builds strength, flexibility, and mental clarity.

After class, enjoy light breakfast bites and a tour of the Museum just for program participants. Museum admission is included and all levels are welcome.

Participants should bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and small towel.

About the Instructor

Amy Baker is a certified yoga instructor dedicated to mindful, intentional movement. With 20 years of personal practice, she views yoga as both a path to mental clarity and a powerful way to build physical strength and flexibility.

Amy has taught a wide range of class styles—including hatha, vinyasa, hot yoga, slow flow, and restorative—in studios, community settings, and yoga retreats.

In her yoga class at the Driehaus Museum, students can expect a creative, breath‑led flow designed to energize the body and calm the mind. Amy will guide students through yoga poses providing a variety of options, inclusive of all bodies - from beginners to more experienced practitioners, encouraging students to listen to their bodies and do what feels best for themselves.
